Step-by-step tutorial

Step 1:

Cut out the parts for the box

Carefully follow the outlines to cut out each cardboard piece.

Step 2:

Glue the two circular pieces together

Use a glue gun to carefully join the two circular pieces together.

Tip: Always use hot glue under adult supervision. Avoid touching the glue tip directly, and allow each part to cool before moving to the next.

Step 3:

Cut three 30mm wooden sticks

Measure and cut three wooden sticks to exactly 30mm — precision matters!

Step 4:

Drill holes

Drill holes in the center of each circular piece and along the marked circles on the rectangular piece.

Step 5:

Attach the mask to the helmet

Insert the sticks into the holes and secure with hot glue

Step 6:

Make side holes and attach the elastic

Gently bend the rectangular piece to form a curved wall, then glue both ends onto the circular bases.

Tip: Hold the shape in place for a few seconds while the glue sets. Don’t rush — curves take patience!

Step 7:

Slide the piece with the round hole onto the stick and secure with hot glue

Step 8:

Cut three 40mm wooden sticks & Align one end of the stick with the cardboard edge and glue securely

Step 9:

Slide the piece with the round hole onto the stick and secure with hot glue

Start by scoring along the dashed lines with a craft knife to make folding easier. Then glue the three rectangular pieces together to form the internal frame, and secure it inside the scored outer panel.

Next, build the box by gluing the left and right sides, followed by the top and back panels.

Finish by attaching the front panel to close it up.

Step 10:

Set the combination

💡 Tip: Write down your combination and hide it somewhere safe — even secret agents need backups!
