Warranty Policy

During the warranty period of BeaverBot products, if the customer cannot use the product due to product quality problems or if BeaverBot after-sales technicians confirm that the product has quality problems and the product needs to be repaired, the warranty service is available.

During the warranty period, the customer does not need to pay any fees (including spare parts costs, repair labor costs, and logistics shipping costs) again.

The warranty period and scope are as follows:

Note:

  • The above "warranty period" is calculated from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the purchase receipt. If there is no purchase receipt, the warranty period is calculated from the date the product is shipped.
  • Replacement repair, after BeaverBot after-sales technicians confirm that the product quality problem requires repair, the customer returns the faulty machine to the after-sales point, and BeaverBot will provide a replacement for the new machine.
  • Replacement repair is within the scope of warranty service and will not reset the warranty period.

Non-insurance scope:

The following situations occur in the product and are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Products or parts whose warranty period has expired;
  2. Products purchased through channels not authorized by BeaverBot, or products resold by other buyers;
  3. Normal discoloration, wear and tear and consumption of the product during use;
  4. Failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance or storage, including improper operation, use of the product not in accordance with the reasonable intended purpose, improper plugging and unplugging of external devices, dropping or improper external collision; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperature, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, insect or rodent intrusion or foreign matter intrusion, resulting in breakage, dust accumulation, or damage to the product or parts (such as housing, components, circuits, etc.);
  5. Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, modification, addition or removal by any organization or person not authorized by BeaverBot;
  6. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or removal of the casing, or damage caused by failure to follow official manuals or instructions;
  7. Products or parts whose original identification information has been modified, changed or deleted;
  8. Products or parts for which you are unable to provide a valid receipt or any other documentation proving warranty status;
  9. Failure or damage caused by the use of illegally authorized, non-standard or unpublished software;
  10. Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues due to the use of unauthorized third-party parts;
  11. Failure or damage caused by force majeure or unexpected events;
  12. Other failures or damages not caused by product quality;

Special Tips:

  • Product packaging and free gifts are not covered by the warranty. 
  • BeaverBot is not responsible for any other promises made by agents that are not guaranteed by BeaverBot.
  • If you make a valid claim under this Limited Warranty, BeaverBot will, at its sole discretion, provide you with detailed instructions and new or refurbished parts to repair the product; or authorize you to return the product for repair with new or refurbished parts, replacement with a new or refurbished product equivalent to the replaced product, or refund the purchase price.
