Refund policy

1. How to Return

To start a return, please email us at support@getbeaverbot.com. Our support team will assist you through the process as quickly as possible.
Please note:

  • Items must meet our return conditions (see below).
  • A restocking fee and return shipping fee may apply.
  • Please Note: We do not accept return requests from unofficial channels.

2. Conditions of Return

Within 30 days of purchase, if your product has a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or missing parts, you may request a free return or exchange. If the issue is confirmed by BeaverBot or an authorized technician and cannot be repaired, BeaverBot will cover both outbound and return shipping costs.

For non-defective products, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery, no questions asked. In this case:

  • The return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
  • Products must be new, unopened, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • You fail to provide valid proof of purchase, order number or other legal proof;
  • The product has expired from the return period;
  • The product was purchased from a non-BeaverBot channel;
  • The returned item is missing original accessories or packaging, or has visible signs of use or damage;
  • The issue was caused by misuse or improper operation (e.g., dropping, moisture, incorrect power usage);
  • The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests;
  • Failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance or storage, such as improper operation; failure to use the product for its intended purpose; improper plugging and unplugging of external devices; dropping or improper external collision; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperature, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc.; insect and rodent intrusion or foreign matter intrusion resulting in breakage, dust accumulation, or damage to the product or its components (such as housing, components, circuits, etc.);
  • Any malfunction or damage caused by installation, repair, modification, addition or removal by any organization or person not authorized by BeaverBot;
  • The product was disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel;
  • The damage is caused by an uncontrollable external event (fire, flood, strong wind or thunderstorm);
  • The product was tested and confirmed to be fully functional after receiving a replacement;
  • Failure or damage caused by force majeure or unexpected events.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Please include the packing slip, order number, and your name inside the return package.
  • If you are arranging your own return shipping, send us the tracking number for reference.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved. 
  • Refunds will be issued through your original payment method. If delays occur, please contact your bank directly.

4. Additional Notes

  • Only approved return requests will be accepted.
  • BeaverBot reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
  • We do not accept in-person returns; all returns must be mailed.
