Step-by-step tutorial

Step 1:

Cut out the parts for the mask

Carefully follow the outlines to cut out each cardboard piece. These parts will form the base shape and 3D features of your mask.

Step 2:

Drill holes for the eyes

Drill a starter hole in the area of the eye. This gives you a starting point to insert the cutting head and begin cutting along the marked eye shape.

Step 3:

Mark the excess cardboard with a scoring tool

Carefully score the area that's blocking the eye hole—don’t cut all the way through. These light marks will serve as a guide for precise cutting with your BeaverBot.

Step 4:

Use a hot glue gun to assemble the mas

Use a glue gun to carefully join your mask pieces together. As the shapes come to life, so does your unique creation!

Tip: Always use hot glue under adult supervision. Avoid touching the glue tip directly, and allow each part to cool before moving to the next.

Step 5:

Attach the mask to the helmet

Fix your finished mask onto the helmet using glue or connectors. Make sure it’s centered and firmly attached for comfortable wearing.

Step 6:

Make side holes and attach the elastic

Punch a hole on each side of the helmet base. Thread the elastic band through and tie or secure it to fit comfortably around your head.

Tip: Be careful when poking holes. Make sure the elastic is snug but not too tight to wear safely.

Final Step:

Add your colors and personality!

Paint your mask any way you like-bring your mask to life and tell your unique story.

There’s no wrong way to decorate—just follow your imagination.
